Sierra Adult School develops life-long learners by offering programs that prepare students for success in post-secondary education, career, and the community. Sierra Adult offers an adult high school diploma program, as well as a variety of classes tailored to the career and job-skill needs of our students. Our school also partners with organizations and businesses in the community in order to effectively adapt to the current demands of the local workforce and develop a strong pipeline for job placement. Current programs include welding, computer skills, and a Parent Coop Preschool.
Preschool Co-Op
- The Sierra Adult School programs offers a parenting co-op program which provides early learning experience through a preschool program for students 3-4 years old twice per week for 3 hours.
- Parents are required to volunteer on a monthly basis and pay a small fee for child services.

(SCAEC will continue to have a representative on campus monthly to provide transition assistance and to give information to students. Appointments can be made with the SCAEC transitional specialist for individualized help.)

- Sierra Adult School services students 18+ who need to complete their high school diploma.
- Services are available on campus on Mondays, Thursdays, & Fridays or at BSR on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
- Adult School uses APEX Learning to facitiate coursework in order to earn credits in obtaining a high school diploma.
- In addition, Sierra Adult School offers enrichment courses that include Intro to Welding, and Meats Lab.
